The Real Curaçao was born from a personal life transition.

After successful careers in media, entertainment, and television in Romania, we made the decision to relocate to Curaçao and begin a completely new chapter focused on travel, storytelling, digital media, and lifestyle content creation.

What initially started as a personal relocation quickly evolved into a larger creative and editorial project.

Living on the island allowed us to experience Curaçao beyond the perspective of a typical visitor. We discovered an island far more diverse, authentic, and dynamic than most international travel content portrayed. Beyond the well-known beaches and resorts, Curaçao revealed itself through local culture, hidden coastal roads, colorful neighborhoods, independent restaurants, nature, community, and a uniquely relaxed Caribbean lifestyle.

That realization became the foundation of The Real Curaçao.

One of the reasons Curaçao stands out globally is because it offers far more than a typical Caribbean vacation.
