Delete from the mobile app

Open the app and go to Profile → Delete Account. Your account and associated data will be permanently removed.

What gets deleted

• Your account credentials and profile (display name, avatar)
• Your passes and redemption history
• Push notification registrations for your devices
• Any other personal data associated with your account
