Restaurant Playa Forti is a scenic cliffside restaurant located on Curaçao’s rugged west coast, famous for its breathtaking ocean views and spectacular sunsets. Overlooking the Caribbean Sea near the popular Playa Forti cliff jumping spot, the restaurant offers fresh seafood, Caribbean specialties, grilled dishes, and tropical cocktails in a relaxed local atmosphere. It’s one of the best places on the island to enjoy authentic food while watching the waves crash against the cliffs below. This restaurant was built in 1958 on the ruins of a fortress, constructed by the English, during the Napoleonic era. The original canons in front of the restaurant still reflect that adventurous period. This beautiful and historic site high up the rocks, offers the visitor a superb view of the most western part of the island and also a wonderful sunset view. Playa Forti serves a variety of local and international dishes. The specialties include red snapper à la Curaçao, stewgoat, tenderloin and even cheeseburgers. Playa Forti invites you to try the fantastic pina coladas while enjoying the sunset.

Restaurant Playa Forti is located in Sabana Westpunt on Curaçao’s western coast, approximately a 45-minute drive from Willemstad. Easily accessible by car, with parking available nearby.
