Terms & Conditions

• The Real Curaçao Pass (“Pass”) is valid for 10 consecutive calendar days starting from the first successful redemption at a participating Partner.
• The Pass is activated automatically upon the first confirmed redemption.
• Once activated, the validity period cannot be paused, extended, or restarted.

• The Pass is valid for one individual only.
• The Pass is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared, resold, copied, or assigned to another person.
• The Real Curaçao Pass reserves the right to request proof of identity if misuse or fraud is reasonably suspected.

• Each published benefit may be redeemed once per Pass, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Benefits are provided by independent participating Partners under contractual agreements with The Real Curaçao Pass.
• All available benefits, participating Partners, and their validity periods are displayed on the official website before purchase.
• A benefit may only be redeemed while it is within its published validity period.

• Benefits are available only during the participating Partner’s normal business hours and while the Partner is open.
• The Real Curaçao Pass is not responsible for temporary closures, public holidays, force majeure, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Participating Partners and available benefits may change from time to time.

• If access to the Pass is lost, it may be recovered using the original purchase email address through the official Pass Recovery page.

• All sales are final.
• Refunds or cancellations are not available once a Pass has been purchased, except where required by applicable law or as expressly provided in these Terms & Conditions.
• The Real Curaçao Pass may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund in cases including, but not limited to: duplicate payments; technical or billing errors; failure to deliver the purchased Pass due to a technical issue.
• No refunds will be issued for unused, partially used, expired, or unredeemed Passes.
• Refund requests must include the purchase email address, the Pass code (if available), and a description of the issue.

• Any Pass suspected of fraud, unauthorized sharing, resale, duplication, manipulation, or other misuse may be suspended or permanently revoked without compensation or refund.
• The Real Curaçao Pass reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse and take any action reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the service.

• The Real Curaçao Pass acts solely as the provider of the Pass and facilitator of access to participating Partner benefits.
• The Real Curaçao Pass is not responsible for the quality, availability, safety, legality, or performance of products or services provided by participating Partners.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Real Curaçao Pass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of the Pass.

• Participating Partners are independent businesses and are solely responsible for the products, services, activities, food, beverages, facilities, equipment, and experiences they provide.
• By using the Pass, the Pass holder voluntarily participates in activities and services offered by participating Partners at their own risk.
• The Real Curaçao Pass is not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, food poisoning, intoxication, accident, property damage, loss, theft, delay, inconvenience, death, or any other damage, claim, or expense arising from or related to products, services, activities, or experiences provided by participating Partners.
• The Real Curaçao Pass does not guarantee the safety, quality, suitability, legality, or availability of any Partner’s products or services.
• Any claim relating to a Partner’s products, services, or conduct must be made directly against the relevant Partner.

• Participating Partners, available benefits, benefit descriptions, and validity periods may be updated from time to time.
• While The Real Curaçao Pass makes reasonable efforts to maintain the published Partner network and benefits, it does not guarantee the continued participation of any specific Partner.
• If a participating Partner permanently closes, ceases operations, becomes unavailable, or terminates its participation, The Real Curaçao Pass may remove or replace that Partner and its benefit without liability or compensation.
• Such changes do not entitle the Pass holder to a refund, provided the Pass continues to offer access to participating Partners and benefits.
• The Real Curaçao Pass reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply to that purchase unless otherwise required by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
