Ask me anything about Cas Abao Beach.
Cas Abao Beach is one of the finest beaches in Curaçao, located on the northwestern coast in the Banda Abao region, about a 40-minute drive from Willemstad. This pristine beach features crystal-clear turquoise water with excellent reef snorkeling directly from the shore — the best snorkeling is to the left of the main beach area, where colorful coral formations and tropical fish are abundant. Cas Abao offers full beach facilities including beach beds, umbrellas, a beach bar and restaurant, restrooms, showers, and a dive shop. The beach is open daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Entrance fees are 6 USD per car Monday through Saturday and 7 USD on Sundays and holidays, with a maximum of 4 people per car. Beach chair rental is approximately 3 USD. The water is calm and sheltered, making it ideal for families with children. The beach has ample parking and is easily accessible via paved roads. Cas Abao is popular but spacious enough that it rarely feels crowded, especially on weekdays. Arrive early to secure a beach bed in the best spot. The combination of excellent snorkeling, full facilities, and stunning scenery makes Cas Abao a must-visit beach for any Curaçao itinerary.
