Located at Coral Estate on the road to Westpunt near Sint Willibrordus, Karakter offers a unique beach experience with comfortable lounge chairs, cushions, ample shade, and excellent service during the daytime. At night, Karakter transforms into a cozy seafront restaurant where guests can enjoy great dishes for the whole family in a unique atmosphere with the sound of the waves just meters away. Open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Karakter has been awarded the TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice award from 2015 to 2023, recognizing its consistently excellent visitor reviews. To reach Karakter, take the road to Westpunt, follow directions to Sint Willibrordus, enjoy the flamingos along the way, and take a left turn in front of the yellow church. Follow the signs to Coral Estate and tell the security guard you are visiting Karakter — don't forget to bring your ID. Reservations are recommended, especially for dinner. The combination of a beautiful beach setting, excellent food, attentive service, and a relaxed tropical atmosphere makes Karakter one of the most enjoyable beach club experiences in Curaçao.
