Fuik is famous island-wide for Fuikdag, Curaçao's legendary boat gathering held on the first Sunday of the year, when the bay transforms into one giant floating celebration with boats, music, swimming, and a festive local atmosphere. Outside of that event, Fuik returns to its peaceful, laid-back state. Many visitors access the beach by boat, kayak, or paddleboard, and the journey there is part of the experience. The coastline feels more wild than many other Curaçao beaches, with beautiful open-water views and an untouched Caribbean vibe. There are no facilities — bring your own drinks, snacks, and supplies. How to get there

Located near Fuik Bay in the southeast, about 25 min from Willemstad. Best accessed by boat from Spanish Water or Caracasbaai.
