The view from Raphael on Klein and Groot Piscadera is splendid. The colononial home is located against a hill with a barn and a pittoresque villagesquare.' The plantation Raphael used to have a pretty large live stock and plaster was being sold there. It turned out that the plantation was not very lucrative and it was sold at auction in 1852 to a salesman from out of town, who used the colonial homa as a country house. In 1976 the house was hit by a whirlwind. At this moment the house is pretty much detoriated.
