Watamula Blowhole

About

A dramatic natural blowhole on the rugged northern tip of the island. When the north swells hit, ocean water erupts 10–15 meters into the air through a narrow rock fissure.

Tips

• Best at high tide with strong northerly swell
• Stand back – the spray can be powerful
• Combine with Shete Boka for a full north coast day
• Virtually no tourists here

How to get there

Drive to the very northwestern tip of the island past Westpunt. Road becomes rough near the end.
